Acting as a guideline for exhibitors, Exhibitor Manual can help you get information as easy as possible. The followings are aimed at helping you read it conveniently:
Form 1 is for exhibitor's Space Reservation, with booth conditions and price.
Form 2 is needed for the introduction of your products to be inserted into the Guide of 2009.
Form 3 is for your interpreter hiring during the exhibition
Form 7 is needed for displaying the name which you require on the fascia board.
Form 8: Exhibition Service including all kinds of extra-needed exhibition furniture.
Form 14: Visa Application
The Floor Plan of Hall: is the hall for international and domestic area.
Choose booth
Confirming booth and complete the Exhibition Contract. The deadline for application is 1 Feb, 2009.
Exhibitor pays the booth fee or deposit before 30 days to the opening of the show. Then the organizer send the Participation Confirmation Letter to the exhibitor. Otherwise, the booth(s) concerned will be regarded as been given up.
The exhibitor should fill in the relevant forms required in the Exhibitors Manual, and should fax or mail the forms back to the Organizer within the time requested.
Any exhibitor that intends to put up advertising should email its materials and the electronic version of the advertisement to the Organizer according to the regulation.
The arrangement of booth(s) should follow the rule of "early application, early payment and early confirmation".
